About Crystal Foust

As a full-time REALTOR® with RE/MAX Preferred Properties, I serve buyers and sellers throughout the Greater Knoxville area and the Great Smoky Mountains, with a focus on Maryville, Knoxville, Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and communities across Blount, Knox, and Sevier Counties.

Born and raised in East Tennessee, I spent my first 20 years in Gatlinburg and have called Maryville home for more than 20 years. That lifelong connection gives me firsthand knowledge of both the Greater Knoxville area and the unique real estate market of the Smokies.

Since becoming licensed in 2022, I’ve closed more than $50 million in real estate sales, helping clients buy, sell, relocate, and invest throughout East Tennessee. My experience includes primary residences, luxury homes, land and acreage, second homes, cabins, vacation properties, and investment properties.

I believe great real estate service goes far beyond opening doors or putting a sign in the yard. I take a hands-on approach, providing strong communication, strategic marketing, skilled negotiation, and guidance from our first conversation through closing and beyond. My business is built on relationships, referrals, repeat clients, and truly taking care of people.

Outside of real estate, I’m a wife, mom, and dog mom, and family is at the center of my life. I love exploring Knoxville and Maryville, spending time with family, and adventuring in the Smokies.
